Tracking Pigs

Pig trackers are used to follow the route of the pig, a radio frequency transmitter is placed on the inspection pig body that emits signals which can be detected by the tracking equipment, this tracking technique is complemented with megaphones that are located near where the instrumented is going to pass in order to be able to hear the moment when the pig approaches the detection point and its passage.
