Caliper tool is used in the inspection of pipelines to know the geometric configuration of the pipeline, it uses sensors with high resolution to detect and effectively size the deformations that can affect the integrity of the pipe or to effectively detect and size deformations that can affect pipeline integrity or impede the passage of other tools.
